Rowlands Pharmacy Manzil Way

On the one occasion when I used this service the staff were very friendly and efficient. Granted I was prescribed a common medication and thus it was available to be dispensed immediately, the service was quick and painless. The retail side of the service appears to be well stocked, with all manner or pills, potions and lotions for all of your ailments. I would happily recommend this service to a friend or family member. As such, I will likely use Rowlands Pharmacy again in the future.

They cared for my terminally ill father with such passion and care. Thanks so much to the whole team. Super efficient and helpful. Special thanks to the manager for her kind words when I returned my father medicine for disposal. You were all there for us during a very difficult time. The staff have a attitude harsh verbal, and they use teling not the truth , they use a scuze all the time when your medication are redi to pick be up.Like,, we do not have recived prescription for you" you tell yes the prescription was made 7 days ago , bat somebody else told my in a phone, I have witefor medication." After I want speack with manager, the medication are there ready to be pick up.

Good pharmacy. Enjoyed my time there. Nice staff and very good manager. Everyone is friendly. Always lovely atmosphere and good service from everybody in the pharmacy

Staff is very rude . Manager doesn't know how to take or take responsibility .

They got rid of my prescription within 3 weeks. I don't live local to the pharmacy so its hard for me to get here as I don't drive. This is unacceptable. Should keep prescriptions for at least 2-3 months.

Have not had prescriptions ready on more than one occasion and cancelled appointment via email with less than 12 hours notice. Won’t be using this pharmacy again.

Useless staff , can't help and very bad manners.
Very long time waiting period to your prescription has be realised. Don't recommend at all. I am very disappointed 😞
