Can never get through to the pharmacy.
Booked first covid jab at the pharmacy and cancelled as they didn't allow me to change the time.
They never cancelled it as I keep getting reminders for my second jab from the NHS to be done at the pharmacy. Its been 8 weeks and something so sinple is still left inbetween the cracks.
Pls take more consideration in others' circumstances seeing as you work in a PHARMACY. Thanks.

Had my booster walk in. Very pleased with all explanation over the phone earlier from the vaccination lady and the man. Very pleased that they had in stock both types: Moderna and Pzfier. A hidden gem

Service is not as good as it used to be. I think they've taken on too many patients.

Prefer to use online pharmacies that deliver your meds to your house for free (e.g. Simplymeds Online or Lloyds Direct)

Poor service. I was 15 mins late to get my booster as my nose started bleeding a few mins before I needed to leave. I understand if people are already there, they should be seen. But while sitting down waiting, 6 more people came in after me. 2 were seen and when I asked when I would be seen, I was told after everyone was done. Now, I understand how lateness can be annoying and impacts other appointments, but even then, you don't punish people by making them wait a long while. They didn't even know the reason I was late and it probably didn't come across their mind that I've got work and other responsibilities to attend to. But regardless, as someone who's worked in a Jobcentre and has dealt with many late people, you see them asap and you try and minimise the impact on other appointments by working a bit more efficiently. It can be annoying but that's part of a lot of jobs and a competent adult deals with it. They don't do the nonsensical thing and make the person wait until you've seen everyone else.
