Friendly and quick service. Good advice from all staff.

My first time using this pharmacy, I filled in the back of the prescription and handed it in. The counter assistant immediately handed it back and told me the exemption wasn’t valid- it’s a family tax credit under my mothers name and I am under 20 living in her household. I know for a fact it’s valid as I am a dispensing technician myself. The counter staff as well as the pharmacist went blue in the fact trying to tell me I was wrong (this is after the counter assistant tried to google if the exemption covered my) so they then called the nhsbsa to be told I was right all along. Instead of firstly apologising to me, they told me I could use the exemption, but they would note on the top of the prescription that they did not see any evidence of my exemption.

The staff, nor does the pharmacist know what they are talking about in that pharmacy, I suggest they brush up on their facts before telling patients they’re in the wrong.

Wow - these guys are useless. Slow service at best, losing prescriptions and a lack of care about it. Someone from Lloyd’s Pharmacy needs to secret shop this branch, then they will realise what a shambles it truly is. They are a disgrace to the brand when compared to the much smaller Epsom branch, which is fantastic.

This pharmacy is absolutly useless, i only use it because it stays open untill 7pm so can pick up prescription on way home from work. Regularly wait 15 minutes, in an empty shop, to recieve a single packet of pills from a draw in front of them. They are rude, unhelpful and the dispensing chemist is regularly away so they cannot dispense till she returns. Either at lunch oor just popped out for a minute but still not back several hours later. Should be ashamed of themselves but they are to portant in their eyes to care.

This is the worst most disorganised pharmacy I have had the misfortune to use!
The "repeat" prescription service is terrible and the staff talk loudly about how their constant appalling service is everyone else's problem and never theirs!!!!
If you want to see a faulty towers scenario in action -just sit in there for ten minutes !!!
I have now arranged that my doctor's no longer send repeat prescriptions here, so hopefully will never have to step foot in tattenham corner Llyods ever again!!

Problems with delivering prescriptions on the right day and messages not passed on.
They haven't even got the courtesy to call you back when theve made a mistake and are quite rude even when it's there mistake.

Always helpful, quick efficent service, never had a bad experience. The staff always do their best and beyond what you normally experience at other pharmacy.

There phones have been down for 2/3 weeks, being such an important service at this difficult time ,phones should have fixed by now?
