Frank Mays Pharmacy

Prescription was not ready as they had to order it in. I had to call a few times to confirm if the prescription is ready.

When I went their to collect the staff member there (I think her name is Aysha?) looked scared to speak and was speaking from the other side of the room 😂. I know it’s Covid but 5-10 metres with face masks on is a-bit much 😂

She asked from her point of view the main question which was not medical related at all, and it was do you pay? 😂 because clearly money matters more to them then treating their customers medically.

She didn’t bother to ask if I have any allergies or if I have taken this medication before let alone even explain how to use it or the basics of it. Basically very poor service, the worst pharmacy I have ever been to to be honest. She made sure I paid for it promptly and that was it. Having worked in a Pharmacy before, you do have standards and expectations of what to expect from a pharmacy visit.

Definitely not coming here again 😂

Staff is super friendly and always makes you feel welcome. Excellent customer service they're knowledgable, helpful and willing to answer any question. They are also attentive and caring, while remaining efficient and professional.

I thought the were just average but compared to other pharmacies they are actually brilliant.

Frank Mays Pharmacy is very well kept. Great service always provided by the staff. All the staff were friendly, polite and helpful, willing to go the extra mile when things were chaotic during lockdown with very fast service. Frank Mays have such a lovely atmosphere it’s always spotless in there and they always deal with every customer with respect and dignity. Thank you for providing such an outstanding service ☺️

Worse service ever, they never get your prescription ready. While you arrive for your medicine collection, they will come with an excuse instead apologising, will never go back ever. Incompetent
