Clockwork Pharmacy & Travel Vaccination Clinic

I have used this pharmacy for the last 15 years and have always had the best help for everything. As a type 1 diabetic, I am very dependent on my medicine and they have always gone the extra mile to make sure that I have all of my medication. A massive thank you to all the team!!

Great service and very friendly personnel. I got a free consultation to determine which vaccines I needed for an upcoming trip, and was able to receive the vaccines I needed within a few minutes. Very quick process and it’s also the best price for travel vaccines in the area. I had a great experience and getting the injections themselves was painless. 10/10 would recommend.

Had a very good experience, was able to get my yellow fever injection done straight away unlike other pharmacist and high street chains where you have to book and wait up to 2 week. Great service would definitely recommend.

Wonderful customer service from Sherdul and Affra especially, always polite on the phone, so understanding, very professional and treat me with utter respect.
These two are very helpful and always have a solution when in need, they make working with them so easy and effective.

The staff who have been there for a long time are always warm and friendly and remembers the people which is always nice. You know they care about their customers.

A very nice gesture by the Clockwork worker yesterday (Lee). He advised me diligently about a deep cut I had on my hand. And he even offered me a plaster to ensure that I apply everything in the correct manner. A small gesture, but it is things like this that encourages us to come back again and again. Thanks Clockwork.

I have a very complex medical condition/s, and am new to the Newham area, I was looking for a decent pharmacy and luckly where I moved too, put me in touch with this team on Barking Road.
I have a large amount of medication, and I also have to be very careful has I also have allergies and can only have certain types of medication, otherwise it just attacks my system.
I was amazed and so surprised at the reception I received, so very understanding and treated me with utter professionalism and respect.
A major mention to Soldol, who has gone out of his way to make me feel welcome, is even dealing with my new medical surgery to get my prescription sorted out for a four weekly pickup instead of a weekly one, as I suffer with major anxiety issues, and also have mental health issues, and yet I have had nothing but respect and understanding from him and the whole team at the Barking Road.
We are all to easy to complain when something does not go as we would like, and I think credit should go to people who in my opinion go way beyond their work effectives.
You have made my move to the East Ham / Newham area so much easier and put my mind at ease that all of you at clockwork really care for your patients

My main experience of this Pharmacy is how over the years, they ALWAYS provide excellent, professional and friendly service; it doesn't matter what time of the day you walk in, the service is always really good.

They are also one of very few pharmacies that try and exceed customers expectations.
