Abington Pharmacy

This pharmacy is now under new management the pillbox .I went in for my medication last week and found their dispensary manager by the name of Dave so rude and arrogant
It was all over the fact that I wasn't happy with them changing the brand of my medication.He clearly does not have any experience on customer relations so I do not know how he is a manager. I have used this pharmacy for 20yrs but that clearly doesn't matter as he told me to take my custom somewhere else. To top it I own my own business in the area and have always had good relationships with the old owners.

Awesome Pharmacist...and a great team of pharmacist assistants...Been trying to get a free NHS flu jab for weeks as I have a Medical Condition but finally have been able to have one.
Was prioritised by Dave and his team as have been through 3 weeks possibly four of trying....

Guys you do a fantastic job in very difficult circumstances....I really respect everything that you guys do....

Can be slow to be served when busy. However staff are very helpful, pharmacist's offer guidance on prescription change.

A BIG shout out to Natalie today, enormous help to me today with my physical incapacity. Really appreciated it and she also shared information on the delivery service which I wasn’t aware of. Lovely level of service. Thank you 🙏

Either the speed of light or your waiting for at least 1 hour. But is it any wonder when the DRs keep trying to send them all their work too

Saturday...Zero accountability for their mistakes. Now have to rearrange my week as a result! Tuesday open at 8... no... 20 past 8 still not open... deep joy

Poor very unprofessional rude, abrupt, don't listen. Don't have prescriptions ready on time avoid if you can

Went there today with an issue. Wanted to buy a lower dose of a medication i have on repeat over the counter because the higer dose was making me drowsy so the doctor advised me to do this.
Glynis was friendly and helpful as always. But the tall lady with short red/purple hair was rude as always. I have no idea what is wrong with this lady, she's always rude. I won't be going here again, which is a shame because I've been using this pharmacy since i was a child.
