Morrisons Pharmacy

By far the worst pharmacy I've used. They regularly don't have all my medication and it takes days to order in. Items are often missed, prescriptions are never ready to collect despite being sat with them for over a week. I've often run out of medication despite giving sufficient notice for my prescription to be prepared. I've only used them this long for the convenience - save yourself thr hassle and go somewhere else. Staff are fairly friendly though.

Turned up at 10 minutes before their dinner break, shutter fully down spoke to girl when I got her attention! from the side of the shutter near the till, said she was on her dinner break, i said it's in another 10 minutes she shrugged her shoulders and carried on eating here roll bad attitude, anyway if there's more than two workers why close it down when the workers can integrate with their lunch times, simple really

Rubbish and staff was aggressive on the phone. Not professional and made a mistake about delivery time.

They never pick the phone...I ve rang that pharmacy more than 10 times today..
Very unreliable!!!

..it took 40 mins to get my prescription

Yesterday...the pharmacist rocked up at 9.15ll. No apology. No acknowledgement Rubbish customer service with bad attitude A really bad attitude.
I was there for an hour! With attitude !
Youare providing a service ! We are not there for your benefit!
2 members of staff were so friendly and helpful.
l was so angry. Another hour of my life that I will never get back.
In the 1st 4 customers.....3 had a problem!!!!

Busy chemist, but the staff are always there to help. I have been using the chemist since 2011 and all I can say is kudos to the staff. As a doctor, private prescriptions are more expensive than the average chemist. This is the only negative factor.

Never had a great experience with this pharmacy.

Was due to get a flu jab, called in advance to book. After waiting an hour due to the pharmacist being unable to log into their systems (due to the password?) was asked to come back later and that 3pm was fine because it was "after they finish lunch" - no recognition of the time I wasted. Consultation room was also really dirty - used masks in the bin, dust and hair on the floor.
