I’ve had my Flu vaccine done today at this pharmacy. It was a smooth and pleasant experience. The pharmacist was expecting us and had everything ready.

With the current pandemic, I was a bit skeptical about using the consultation room ext. I must mention that every precaution has been taken to protect and safeguard customers. The consultation rooms had partitions between the pharmacist and myself.

I also had the opportunity to see the automated process of dispensing medication. State of the art technology.

Well done guys.

The community in Farnborough , Hawley, Blackwater and Cove are really lucky to have such a world class service at our doorstep.

I’ve been to this pharmacy a good few times.

Today I went to collect my medication. The service provided by Mac and his team are excellent. I could see a happy team working in there.

Social distancing measured clearly demarcated.

Easy parking. The pharmacy is in the middle of a parade of shops.

I went to get some advice regarding a blocked ear I've had and I was offered the ear wax removal service the pharmacy now offers. It was quick, painless and Mack was very professional and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend 👌

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very big, spacious and well stocked. Competitive pricing compared to other pharmacies. Busy, but the queue moves very quick. People must know this is the pharmacy to go to!
I had been to 8 pharmacies previously for my repeat medication to which none had any in stock! A few pharmacies recommended me to here and it was in fact in stock and the service was really quick. Definitely worth the travel. Will be just coming here for all future prescriptions. The lovely guy who gave me my medication also recommended products to help with the side effects off his own back which I thought was very kind. Thank you!

Used this pharmacy with my brother who has special needs. The service from all the staff was first class. The treatment he received was with a caring manner and nothing was too much trouble . A 5 star service.

i literally bough a thermometer about 5 minutes ago it didn’t fit in my sons ear as it was a adults one. went back to the pharmacy and explained this but they would not give me a refund even though i returned it with 5-10 minutes

Wonderful pharmacy, the team were friendly and helpful, phoned back when they said they would and Mak was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable, all quite difficult things to achieve in a high paced environment such as theirs! Thank you!

Had a really good experience here. I was made to feel so at ease whilst receiving my travel vaccination and will definitely return if I require any other services. Could not recommend more- especially to those who normally find getting jabs a bit tricky!

Ear wax removal - successfully unblocked two very blocked ears. James who who performed the procedure was incredibly patient, extremely thorough and very gentle. Thank you Chapel Lane, I feel like a new woman!!
