This is a very friendly chemist. All the Staff are very helpful. There is a different Pharmacist in there now, and he couldn't be more friendly and more helpful. Well done J & A for making life easier. Thank you. The Post Office Staff are very friendly as well.

One of the best Pharmacies. Each time I’ve spoken over the phone or in person the pharmacist has taken the time to talk and explain the medication. That’s meant a lot to us. Thank you

The staffs receptivity does not extended itself to some people who are outside their cultural range . l personally found the younger staff members dismissive, unfriendly. And full of self importance. And are very eager to expect persons to shout out their personal details in the chemist for all and sundry to hear when asked for ID verification . I have NEVER known any member of staff there show any friendly reception . Thankfully I have no need to obtain my prescriptions from that chemist anymore. I have a delivery to my home from a company that is not affiliated to this chemist
. And very glad for this home delivery to. As for the post office inside the chemist they seem to open as and when they feel. Also the external cash point service is quite often starved of cash. Very unreliable indeed.

Helpful regarding blister packs and medicines for my mum ..Polite and always ready to resolve issues when then arise with the doctor and tablet ordering..

I can’t get to collect my perscription so I send someone literally every time they either say they haven’t got no perscription for me or only give one of three items. There’s a problem almost every month . Items are always there staff just aren’t looking properly. So frustrating and disappointing never used a chemist like it.

Helpful friendly advice and wide range of medicines

Very unfriendly pharmacy. I agree with some of the customers complaining about the rudeness and impoliteness you face when you are not from a "certain" background. It is a shame really.

Very expensive, don't have many essentials, this place is one if those typical rip off places where you don't have an option but to buy things, as this is the only pharmacy in the village. Greedy indeed.
