Standard pharmacy. Maybe a bit overpriced.

Staff very friendly and helpful if they don't have something then they are really good at ordering in for next day most times

Sometimes, I get excellent service and then somedays, I wish I hadn't bothered with this pharmacy. For eg, today, I rang, the phone rang, picked up, no answer, then I was hung up on and then the line was busy for ten minutes. So I found this service rather hit and miss.

Never had a problem until today I went online and see they was open i phoned up to double check and yes they was open so I struggled to walk all the way here only to find they closed 10 minutes early for lunch at 1pm, so had to wait 1 hour outside with a tooth infection in the cold, if they stated they closed at 1 for lunch on the phone or even on the website I wouldn't be out here in the cold typing this in frustration.

Some staff are lovely however there are those that like to pass blame and lie.
Also the actual pharmacist seem have their own ideas on running the practise which has caused chaos.
I no longer attend

Helpful pharmacist. Had the prescription medicine in stock (not available at two other locations). Polite on phone when checking for this. Tidy and warm store.
Free parking bays outside

I never get good service this place waiting on door this freeze cold and some body come to door and locked without asking how my help also never get right service I work in willage pharmacy work there he is so friendly helpful so please i moved this area I been there a few times but no way please iff u don't want to lose your smile face don't go there
