First time visiting this pharmacy, so was expecting something dire given the reviews here but the woman serving me today was fantastic.

I needed some tablets from my prescription at another pharmacy, due to it being closed and faced with the prospect of bad withdrawals without it for a few days. The details were checked, different costing was explained and tablets were provided straight away.

Absolute nightmare, the staff are rude and completely clueless.
My partner has a pre paid certificate and was still made to pay for her prescription. Was told to come back if she was "eligible " for a refund, we went back a few days later and were refused a refund because the staff member "didn't know how to use the till".
The same staff member was serving another customer on the till at the time. These people are incompetent

Staff are extremely helpful and very polite. They have been consistent with all my regular medications and their service is always prompt.

We were caught out unfortunately when our little boy fell unwell during our visit to Leicester. Thankfully the staff at the pharmacy were incredible giving us the advice we needed and going over and beyond to make sure our little man was ok. Thanks!

This pharmacy was recommended to me at the start of the pandemic. They take the hassle and worry out of getting my prescription. I wish I had known about it sooner! Lovely staff and super quick service. I would recommend it to everyone

The service from everyone in the shop to the delivery driver is first class. Always professional helpful and kind and go above and beyond to help me out. Can’t thank them enough
