Potter Street Pharmacy

A tiny pharmacy so not huge stock selection, and low on storage so medications do sometimes need to be ordered but they are very fast getting the items in and dispensed. The accessibility is good for my double pram and there is seating inside. But the main reason I give 5 stars is the customer service - I had to nurse my newborn whilst waiting for my prescription on my last visit and I was well supported and offered to use the side room if I would feel more comfortable- it was a great help from start to finish. It's great to have somewhere local and a good resource for over counter advice too.

Take my advice and do not use this shop. Its staff look like they need a good wash. Front desk are unable to help and cannot even find the prescription sent two days ago. Then some dumb excuse to why it was not found..

Suggest, Tesco store church langley. Better option.

Staff always have been helpful to me with my repeat prescription and delivery. Can't thank them enough.

This place is a complete disgrace. I urge others to locate other chemists. Cannot get anything right. Staff are unhelpful and unkept. This whole place is an inept cease pit. Do you self a big favour. Go elsewhere. Women at counter is unable to do her role.
