Friendly staff make my day, really helpful if you forget things that are errant especially with a medical practice RIGHT OVER THE ROAD! So helpful you don't have to go too far

Despite having six staff milling about, service is always slow. Will go to Coulsdon in future.

Worst excuse of a caring Chemist I have ever known, supposed to be supportive and helpful to the Public, the staff are rude and unhelpful too.

Friendly, helpful staff. Doesn't stock absolutely everything as it's only a small chemist shop but covers the basics. Being opposite the doctors surgery is an added bonus😁

Totally agree with Abigail Max! I've lived in the area for over 30yrs and Holmes pharmacy have never been friendly or look happy in their work. There is one particular assistant who is very sour faced no customer care. They also do not answer the phone...they didn't have my particular medicine available and was told to phone to see if it was in the next afternoon. Needles to say the phone wasn't answered, so then had to make another trip down there! I really dislike going in there for anything. Perhaps Danny (fish shop) could open another pharmacy along the Parade!! The 1 star is for convenience.

I am sitting here in pain doctors sent prescription over yesterday trying to call to see if ready and no one is answering the phone

I have lived in the area since 1983. I have always found the staff helpful and friendly. There are several pharmacists and I have found them to be helpful - I have received good advice that enabled me to return to my GP to move to a better prescription for me. Not sure how the bad reviews arise. On several occasions I have requested specific items and they have rung me when they have arrived. When I have rung I have had friendly helpful responses - Many thanks
