Great chemist, staff are so friendly as I have a lot of medication they always have my meds ready when I need them. Great for getting flu jabs when needed. I prefer to boots as not so busy. Can't fault them at all. Whatever advice you need they are a great place to go to information. They offer collection and reordering service if you need it and text you when your prescription is ready for collection. 5 star service from me.

Staffs are very slow to act. I ordered my medication online, it has been more then a week. And visited the pharmacy 3 times.. they took my name and asked to wait. She did not even bother to check the counter to see if the medication is there. She told me wait , I have still not received it. My medicines already finished

Staff are very slow ,poor customer service
My doctor sent prescription to Thomas's pharmacy.
They have message me to come and collect my medicine when I got there
I was told to come back next day
Cause they don't have anything for me ready
And they ask me to provide the message becouse they don't believe me .
After that I show them message I have been told to comback next day .
Which I did they told me we don't have your medicine you need to go back to Doctor
Every time I was spoken to different person
They was very confused and passing phone from one person to another
At the end I was told we sent your prescription to another phormacy when I drive to second phormacy
Staff informed me we haven't resive anything from Thomas's pharmacy.
Is just nightmare .
I was driving up and down
I will not recommended that pharmacy at all .

I almost always find them professional, helpful, friendly, & well-informed. I'm in there very frequently as I have to get multiple complex meds. Occasionally locum pharmacists are less capable, but overall experience over years is definitely positive.

Very helpful staff and a great team, very welcoming

Staff usually very nice and friendly, often very helpful as well. But it feels like more effective management is needed.
Only front staff seems to care that people are waiting - at the back dispatch team is leaving their best lives, absolutely not caring that people are waiting when they will finish dealing with their personal businesses and find moment to release prescriptions to customers. Frustrating every time.

The most horrible place ever! You have to ask for repeat medication weeks in advance just to make sure you get it when you need it. The service is so slow. Staff always happy and chatting whilst you wait half hour for "somebody to just grab" one box of tablets. Can't stress how slow this place is. If you get serious medication it's probably best you find someplace else.
