I think this place is great, they always have the prescription in as it is needed. The staff are warm & know their stuff

Impolite staff, on the verge of sheer rudeness. It almost always takes ages to get prescription. Unpleasant experience overall. Decided to change to Boots to avoid wasting time and nerves. If you're unhappy in your profession, simply think of changong it and stop taking it all on your clients. Avoid.

Says it closes at 8pm - got here before 7pm and already shut.

Yet again arrive at 9am to collect my medication and not open.Hung around and had a coffee which I wasn’t planning on doing because of cost and still not open at 9.30.😩😩

Pharmacist is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Had a shocking migraine just before Christmas, asked if I could have co-codamol which he said he didn't have except there was some solpadeine in full view so I asked for that, told me it was different, the only difference was it has caffeine in it, I said it's fine as I've had them in the past for a migraine. He said "no it's for muscular pain, you can have paracetamol and that's it" well as a nurse I can tell you the treatment of choice for muscular pain is actually ibuprofen, couldn't be bothered to argue with someone so unbothered in helping me and talking to me as if I was thick. Took my business elsewhere and got some really helpful advice from the pharmacy elsewhere. Will never use this one again.

My daughter took her prescription in was told only had half come back the next day to get the rest she did told again no come back next day this happened again she then went back a few days later to be told no sorry its been to long you can't have them. They kept the tablets and phone your doctor to get more. Staff don't know what they are doing

Top tip, drop your prescription off, go do your shopping and then just pick it up on your way out. No waiting around that way.
