When they do eventually answer the phone and you request medications for delivery. It really depends on who answers whether they arrive or not. Then you end up panicking because you have no medications and you have to spend days trying to get through again for someone to answer. Absolute shocking and to think they we’re recommended for good service is a joke. Unfortunately no better service locally so stuck with poor service for contact and home delivery which is not good. On a plus when you do get a delivery the driver is really nice and helpful

Why do use have phones when you never answer them!! You can ring 30 times and they completely ignore that phone or it isn't plugged in, this chemistry is the worst

They dont deserve one star, i have phoned 42 times and counting to get through, the phone just hangs up, its been like this for months now, on the 54th attempt i got through and told them how many times i have tryed to get through and she shrugged it of and said how can i help you , the service is nothing but disgusting

Waited 55.minites other customers came and went heard the lady on the desk tell her friend she would rush her through so they he didn't have to wait was done in 5 minutes absolutely disgusting service and rude counter lady

I was served by Lucy who was very friendly and delivered my prescription quickly.

If I could give this chemist no stars I would. It really needs to be held accountable for its poor service. I have never seen so many people in a chemist yet still you are waiting for far too long often nearly an hour.Most most of the time your medication is sat ready but the one person on the counter just keeps dealing with the never ending queue while the staff in the back just keep piling up the ready medication so when the one serving can finally get to it they are serving people who were 6 or 7 places behind you in the queue. They surely have taken on too many patients and need to rearrange the workforce to run better it should be addressed as people haven't got hours to sit in a chemist . Then if you politely try and complain about your wait your shot down rudely and told some people's prescriptions were already made that's why they are served before you which is a clear lie because you can see the chemists readying the prescription in front of your eyes . 45 mins today's wait and there wasn't a queue when I arrived it's ridiculous

Rang on a Wednesday to order my prescription, was ready for collection on Friday - no complaints there. However, I was left waiting over 90 minutes to collect, and I only got it because I went and asked where it was again. It was for 1 item that is a common prescription. Now, I will say that the picking machine had malfunctioned that day so service was expected to be a little slower but my prescription was already picked and packed! Waiting over 90 minutes for something that was ready is terrible, I expect if I hadn't asked I would have been there till closing (got there at 4:30, didn't leave till gone 6pm). Service is always slow at this place but this is by far the worst incident which is what made me write this review. I'll be taking my prescription elsewhere after this.
