Paydens Ltd - Dispensing Chemists

Worst pharmacy. Took 45 minutes to dispense one item, by the time it was ready the pharmacy was closing so the pharmacist said she didn't have enough time to check the dosage or explain the product. The young dispenser was saying out loud that she wanted to go and get a life and so had a coat on waiting by the door whilst I was getting my prescription. No efficency or effort to provide a good service.

Excellent service. Today I ran out of my ventolin inhaler so I phoned to see if my prescription had come through from the GP it hadn't so rang the gp and they sent it through . Called paydens back they had received and delivered it to me in less than an hour . I can't thank them enough.

I was a very regular user of Paydens in Caterham. As a type 1 diabetic among other things, I have to constantly visit for supplies. Over the seven years I used them, I would guess 50 to 60% of the time there dispenser would either not have anything there for me to collect or something would be wrong or even missing. I would always leave it between three and five days before going to collect, even phoning before to ensure my prescription was there and they would still get it wrong and always being made to feel like it wasn't their fault, when it clearly was their fault.
Recently they forgot my needles from the prescription and enough was enough this time as this could have put my life in danger.
I contacted my GP and changed my chemist to Chemitex in Caterham on the hill and haven't looked back since. Very polite, professional and always have the prescription with the correct items on time.
Don't put up with second rate service at Paydens, move to a proper dispenser, Chemitex!

Items never in stock. Always a long wait. Not efficient. Seems to be plenty of staff so not sure why ordering and processing is an issue.

If we could add no star. I would. The staff are unorganised my poor mother-in-law requires accurate medications the order is often wrong late please if you are looking after a person in need for god sake do not use their incompetence is borderline dangerous

Been stood in a queue for 15mins waiting to be served ,there is only one person serving, very slow,...there's no urgency with the staff ,the services is absolutely abysmal.

This pharmacy has been fantastic, since being repeatedly let down by the awful staff at Chemitex pharmacy in Caterham on the hill.
The latest and final let down by Chemitex happened today.
My wife was completely ignored in Chemitex this morning. She was the only person in there, but the pathetic staff chose to ignore her and just served a random woman who walked in after her instead.
So after my wife politely tried to get the staff's attention to say she should be served first, they all just stared at her as if she was in the wrong. So yeah, avoid Chemitex and their ridiculous attitudes!
My wife made her way to Paydens pharmacy instead and was welcomed straight away, was given great advice, and purchased the items she needed.
The staff at Paydens are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. This is only the second time my family have gone to Paydens, but both times they have been fantastic.
We will be coming here from now on.

A lovely local pharmacy with helpful staff. Can be extremely busy but if you ring ahead they make sure your prescription is prepped so you dot have to wait.
