I've been using this pharmacy for over a year now - very friendly, patient, and helpful they will always do their best to help you out if they can. I didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes and really friendly service - will be my new go to! Friendly efficient and professional service. Wow. Service is great. I had been on their waiting list for about two months for flu jabs and other waiting lists in the area. They were only chemist that kept me informed and when the jab was ready they offered an appointment same day.

During my visit, staff were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Would use again.

Although I only use this pharmacy a few times when I am at work and can't get to my regular pharmacy for my prescriptions, i am very impressed with their service. Despite their pressure they always strive to give a quick and efficient service. I am served straight away when i walk in with pleasant smiles. When I call the pharmacy, i can talk to anyone and they know what they sre doing in terms of getting my prescription from my regular pharmacy. I can trust the regular pharmacist with all my medical queries. She is very knowledgeable and although she is always busy she never makes me feel unwanted or unwelcome with rushed answers but takes her time to satisfy my questions or concerns. If i lived close, I'd use this pharmacy all the time.

I have to say it used to be very good but in recent months went down the hill. Just came in to collect my prescription and was given only half what I have requested from them over the phone. All I was told was that this is what i have requested even that one of the items was not used by me. I have explained that I request same things over and over again but was told to speak to my GP even that I have placed an order with them. Over all poor customer service.

Very friendly efficient staff would have given 5 stars if there had been ample parking spent a good 15 minutes trying to fine any place to park

Actually I went quite late when they were about to close on 12/12/2022 and the doctor sent the wrong prescription, they let me wait and doctor revised the prescription sent them again , they waited and served me as I told them this is for my daughter, they still had smile on the face , very few
To find such cooperative and helpful staff these days who worked beyond duty hours, 5 stars from me!!

Picked up an inhaler with a displayed price of £2.80, only to be told at the the till that it was actually £3.29? The price should be as displayed.

Excellent customer service. Their delivery service is a godsend to me and I am extremely grateful.

They are able to source some drops/medications that other pharmacy’s were unable to provide.

Also very convenient that they are next door/attached to holmhurst med ctr.
