LloydsPharmacy at the Tunbridge Wells superstore consistently provides the worst customer experience possible for a company operating in a democratic country with statutory rights. I am reviewing now because I know I will never use them again. First, the staff are the rudest I have encountered. You are ignored when you arrive - they will just wander past you to the back and start chatting. Second, the prescriptions or online medicines are NEVER ready. The site states you will receive an order within an hour if you order before noon or certain time. It tells you to call to check the order is ready. You call repeatedly - once I did this six times throughout the day - no one answers. You go in and they look at you as though you have asked them to design a faster than light drive for your space ship parked outside. I have waited days. Once a week. Go in - nothing. After waiting each time you are met with an aggressive, arrogant, rude, dismissive, unhelpful and deeply unprofessional member of staff. I can only assume the orders are not ready becuase the staff seem to either sit down and stare into space, or chat to one another. When they do serach the drawers for a prescription they deep down know has not been done, it looks like a toddler has been let loose on a filing cabinet. There seems to by no system, and if there is, the staff ignore it.
I complained the last time I was in - just stated their service was appalling and I wanted to make a complaint after years of putting up with and watching others tolerate this behaviour. This was the serious response: "We don't have a manager to complain to. You are free to use another pharmacy, sir." That is it. Tells you all you need to know about an appalling outfit that has zero regard for its customers, responsibilities, sensitivities of those they are supposed to help with not a shred of professionalism between anyone who works there. I think the staff must play a game each day. It is called 'Who can give the worst customer service today?' It's a serious competition and my God the perfromaces are world class. Sainsbury's should close this LloydsPharmacy because it is damaging their reputation. I certainly shop in the store less. I will also be stating all of this to Lloyds, where I bank and I am quite sure they want my business. I am disappointed there is not a zero star option for this review of LloydsPharmacy in Tunbridge Wells. Just don't use it. Ever.

Utterly useless and rude member of staff. They were ‘changing systems’ apparently which is why it has currently taken 2 days of attempts for them to still not fulfil an urgent steroid prescription for a 2 year old with breathing difficulties. I was told, face to face, it would be 10 mins. 30 minutes later I was told by the same member of staff that it would “be a while” in such an aggressive tone, and told to come back “later”. When I left she muttered an expletive towards me: This pharmacy needs closing down and the staff sacked.

This Pharmacy opens and closes whenever it feels like due to staffing issues. The Pharmacist won't be there until after the place opens. The Advisors behind the filthy counter do not care!! It is a joke of a Pharmacy. They couldn't organise their way out of one of their own paper bags even if it was soaking wet!! Do better!!!!!!

Totally should be a no star option! As this place does not deserve any at all. Tried to pick up my son's prescription, which was ordered on 21.10.2022, to be told "we have not received the prescription" after a 40 min wait on hold to doctors surgery am told that it was sent on 21.10.2022.... so back to pharmacy for the lady to tell me it was not there without even attempting to look for it or even moving at all, " you will have to ask gp surgery to resend". After another 30 mins on hold to gp they send me the barcode number once I show this to the same lady again it magically appeared all of a sudden. So basically I spent over an hour on hold to gp, back and forwards to pharmacy 3 times because they could not be bothered to look properly in first place.

May I suggest stocking prescriptions by alphabetical order....

The pharmacy no longer opens under advertised hours and even if you manage to get through on the phone and confirm they are open, they can and do close randomly. This occured today with no notice or sign out up leaving customers without information as to when they would reopen.

We got 111 referral which also suggests this pharmacy opening at 10am, what happened then is they didn’t open until 11:30, and cannot be more helpful - thanks for keeping telling us to listen to you while you not having the medicine (very common one) in stock, what a joke … could the pharmacy do some work, at least keep their information up to date please …

Awful service, opened an hour after opening time. Asked for painkillers which are safe for breastfeeding, once purchased when reading the leaflet they clearly state not suitable for breastfeeding.

Wow…referred by 111…no help at all…pharmacist spent more time telling us about her recent bout of covid..told to go home…unsure if 111 are at fault or pharmacist…it was a little like a “fast show” sketch…but not funny🤔
