Very bad service. Long wait. Prescription is never ready. And if try to phone them they never answer the phone.

I had a terrible experience. Their work ethics is very bad. Not able to help customers or even phone GPs for alternative medications. Gave me the wrong prescription paper. I wish there was zero as that's what they deserves. A waste of my time and day.

Boots is a very good place here is where I get my Medication it gives superb service

Much improved. So much better in 2021 than they used to be. Previously there was always a long wait to pick up repeat prescriptions and often items missing or on back order. Now however the prescription is often ready early and picking up is a much faster turnaround often with very little queuing. Good work Boots.

If I could give -10 I would. Waste of time!! I was waiting 3 weeks for my essential medication and I still can’t get it after 2 visits and a phone call.

Just want to wish "Prince" Harry and the team a happy Christmas,have been coming there many years,even had my flu jab there which was easy. Have been there on several occasions and witnessed first had the rudeness and verbal abuse you have to put up with. A difficult couple of years for you all,I hope 2022 is kind to you all 🙏
