Milford Pharmacy

Rude. I collect a prescription weekly, and due to the nature of my medicine I am treated like a second rate customer. She will serve everyone else who arrives after me before eventually preparing my prescription meaning I'm left standing there for up to half an hour sometimes.
I understand that others have complained about this poor behaviour too, which needs to be dealt with by the relevant authorities. Vulnerable customers are particularly at risk of feeling "put down" publicly.

The pharmacist is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She goes out of her way to make sure customers get the medication they require and when they want it. The pharmacist and staff are always happy to offer advice on a wide range of matters and if they can't help will direct you to an appropriate organisation that will be able to. The actual shop sells a huge range of things from cosmetics to vitamins to cleaning products.
The pharmacy provides brilliant service and is an important part of the local community.

I have been going to this chemist for years, the lady who runs it has always been very helpful and has gone beyond what she needs to do to sort my prescriptions. She has always been very careful with my prescriptions as well. Nothing has been to much trouble. Sometimes you can't please everyone and we all make mistakes at times I go there regularly and I have never seen anyone made to wait, everyone is served in turn.

An asset to the village, always willing to give advice and nothing is ever too much trouble!

Absolutely awful. Rude and unhelpful from the start. Never EVER AGAIN

Not surprised to read the negatives comments. The owner should be ashamed of herself. She has no clue how to run a chemist. Messing up prescriptions and making people pay for the wrong things and ripping them off. She was very rude to a deliver driver who was making a delivery, if tío want a good chemist and good service then this is not the pharmacy for you. Do not spend your money here as she will profit from you.

No wonder the google rating is 3, realistically should be 2 or 1 .

Pretty terrible. Every time we go there is either real confusion and it takes a while to find the prescription or they "haven't received" the request or they haven't placed the order. Changing pharmacy now to one further away... The extra drive will be worth it to avoid the hassle.

I cannot believe the work the pharmacy does for us and our local community, going far beyond what is expected. My GP sent my prescription to the wrong Pharmacy, the lady there tracked it down and got it ready for me. I cannot thank her enough, what would we do without her service.
