Worst Pharmacist on the back counter. She did not care about customer. Put time on prescription 4:05 doggy woman just to take long to keep waiting me when I gave them prescription to be ready half hour before.. never come to them I think they are over crowded with customer and simply you will be avoided by them. Should not be caring petient then should not be a pharmacist

It may seem trivial, but to impose a limit of £3 on the use of debit cards in a modern pharmacy is not only short-sighted but also somewhat discriminatory. As I genuinely had nothing else I wanted to purchase, I have taken my business elsewhere and I encourage you to do so as well. Nowadays, with the obvious discontinuation in the use of cash (how much cash do you have in your pocket? ), microtransactions are commonplace and any business ignores that at their peril.

Visit for the first time the pharmacy for my vaccination. The Members of staff were absolutely incredible. They answer questions in a reassuring way and listen actively. The queues were managed professionally and everything went smoothly. You even get a sweet at the end of the process. Never felt so comfortable. Thank you

The person doing the vaccinations was unbelievably rude to a disabled person. Pretty sure it's he same person that owns this place.

This person thinks they are some sort of God and knows everything. Asked a question which seemed to damage his ego, then he proceeded to give me abuse.

I would 100% avoid if you are neurodiverse and don't want to be abused.

I have used Copes Pharmacy for years and they have always been great. The owner and staff are always helpful with services and advice. The vaccination system is efficient and friendly. This is how a local pharmacy should be run.

Got my Covid booster at Copes, 5-10 mins wait, didn't feel the jab and got a sweetie and sticker at the end. Thanks Copes!

Too bad 👎I can't rate zero stars. The service over the phone 📱is non existence and if you managed to get through they either hang up on you or let the phone ring until you get voicemail.

I'm surprised they nominated this place as vaccination centre for local community.
