The pharmacy staff had a difficult time with my Grandson's medication through no fault of their own... new legislation not having been filtered out to surgery involved. Stayed professional, helpful and pleasant when my daughter got a bit fraught due to lack of sleep. Thank you. Regards Carol

Considering how extremely busy this Pharmacy is, my experience has been exceptional. Ali one of the main Pharmacists has been extremely helpful with an array of complex medication I was to take for IVF. He made initial enquiries on my behalf and took the time to explain how all the meds worked. He was conscientious of the constant queues forming throughout, trying to help everyone he could. I have had to attend on numerous occasions and each time the whole team work extremely hard excellent customer service in my opinion.

Queue 30 min to hear my prescription is illegal because there is no name on it. Lady in the front desk was very friendly but man pharmacist from the back not helpful at all. He sent me back at 6 pm with teeth pain. I showed him my driving license to match my home address from prescription but wasn’t enough for him to recongnise my person 🤤 Very disappointed, last time there

So, this is barely a real pharmacy... more a delivery hub for NHS prescriptions... don't expect them to have much of anything in stock. Always give them a few days to actually fill your prescription as they will need to order stock in. In my experience the staff are often rude and appear to be very unhappy to work there. I've now shifted my NHS scripts to a proper pharmacy....

I have to speak as I find,most of the time the staff, Mumin, Taz and Zoe ( and 2 others but can’t remember their names)are exceptionally helpful and very polite. I have used the pharmacy for approximately 10 years BUT what I will say is when they are not there and relief staff are in the service drops 😔 and don’t hold up the usual service provided

I use asda pharmacy frequently for myself and my daughters,the staff are always very helpful and do everything they can to get you what you need ,get nothing but politeness from them they have worked so hard through the pandemic and I believe they are the ones people tend to forget about

Never have prescription ready, only seem to do it when you get there and then have to wait 10 to 20 minutes
