Unfortunately this place is so bad the only suggestion I can make is that it actually needs to be closed down. It's filthy inside, queues are over 45mins and they never have enough stock to fulfil a complete prescription. I'm not sure why it is so chaotic given it seems to have plenty of staff, something is seriously wrong here. If I were a director of Lloyds I'd be absolutely horrified at having my company name over the door. I contacted Lloyds customer service and they said they had never even heard of this branch, so the mind boggles.

Had trouble getting meds from normal pharmacy in so I gave this one one a call and young lady couldn't be more helpful. I was able to get what I required by providing her with what instructed from pharmacy. Would use again if ever needed .

This place is a whole other world! Crazy long queues and no one seems to actually know what is going on. While I was waiting about four people just gave up and left. I've lived in India and this was a whole other level. And to top it all off, there was a dead mouse under the shelves.

Awful people, awful service. Just awful. Needed to pick up a prescription so I went by at 17:30 and they were closed, no explanation just cause. They are supposed to close at 19:00.

This pharmacy is absolutely unreliable, rude and useless. Been going there since the past three days (well before their closing time) and they’ve been closed anyway. Went today at 12:50 (they close at 1pm) and they refused to serve us even though we had an emergency prescription. The Lloyds company either need new staff, or need to understand that customers need service so should pay more attention to the smaller pharmacies around the city.

It is Our local pharmasist.They are very friendly and efficient. I enjoy the atmosphere of multiculture there.I would like to see them do more health checks such as cholestrol,blood,diabetics...etc.

🙋‍♂️Updating as of 9th June 22...the pharmacy seems to have been through a trauma, new faces,neglected store,and no phones picked up.
But the staff as if in a war zone,work hard and meet the demand.
I believe, Lloyd's the holding company should support this branch and renovate it.
So I am taking 2 star back now to rate it down.
Sorry guys we local residents deserve much better pharmacy here not a pharmacy looking worst than 3rd World ones.

This pharmacy is a disservice to public.
Perhaps,typical post Brexit divident to Londoners.
Strangely the other pharmacy they had suggested on the notice is also closed!!😡

Worst service ever. I booked HPV vaccination online and selected this store and travelled all the way to there. They told me they can’t do it because it’s out of stock. And redirected to St. George’s pharmacy and assured me they can do it. Ok, I walked 11 mins there and their answer is they don’t do HPV vaccination at all. Wow what a great service Lloyd’s ! They told me I have to contact any pharmacy who can do it by myself. But I paid the money for your service! It’s the biggest joke ever !

Monday 30 2023. I went to the pharmacy to collect a prescription for my daughter. The tall English lady wearing glasses was extremely polite and friendly. Not only did she explain everything she treated all around her with care. Also going beyond what I went in for she helped me to find out if after that day my daughter may be exempt on payment next time. This review is just for her alone. We'll done Harper Road lloyds
