At times it's great but other times its shocking... they lost my song prescription, only ordered one of the 4 items on it, lack of communication when it came down to it. No apology given and made me feel like I didnt have a choice when they only offered me one of the items. But then you have days where a really nice team is on and it's nice manners, have a laugh with them, they explain and communicate more. So depends on who's on depends on experience. They are the only pharmacy in the area that's open till late si that's a huge bonus

Terrible pharmacy. 111 put through an emergency prescription and they couldn’t be bothered to help. Wouldn’t give me medication. Had to ring several times then he kept going on lunch. Terrible customer service

Huge queue of people today, at least 15. 3 working behind the counter. Didn't even acknowledge anyone, casually carried on chatting about holidays they have booked. We queued for nonprescription items but ended up going somewhere else as it was clear they weren't going to serve anyone in a timely manner and the queue was just getting bigger by the minute

They made an error with the prescription. On returning the incorrect tablets they didn't have the correct ones in stock. Four days later I was told they still didn't have them and it would be another four or five days 'probably'. Ended up going elsewhere with an emergency prescription instead. The customer service skills of some of the staff need improving.

Pharmacists make you feel like a complete inconvenience. Had the misfortune of seeing the same lady there twice in recent weeks, so not just caught on an "off day".

I have a complete understanding and respect for the NHS/cost of medicines (work in a similar field myself ) and am very appreciative that many do try get out of paying for prescriptions without valid reason. Perhaps I would have received a more friendly service had I not come with my valid maternity exemption certificate in my hand!

Judgemental, unfriendly, unhelpful.

Absolutely shocking service, completely ignored by 3 members of staff chatting but no-one serving, pharmacist useless and couldn't remember prescriptions, forgot 2 people's medicines not even checking they'd been sent through from the doctor, waited for over an hour for medicine for my ill 5 year old. Fuming.
