First my usual HRT wasn't available, then when I got an alternative that also wasn't available. I understand it may be out of the pharmacists control, but surely a simple text or email would be useful so I can try to source them from somewhere else? Both prescriptions had been with them for a week and I was down to my last tablet.

Good service depends on who is working there, been there twice last week, Friday 6:10pm, the staff there already shut the door, finally she saw me outside, opened the door, went in, there was no greeting, no smiling, very rude service. Again, today went to get prescription, was there five mins waiting, the staff saw me was there waiting, still chatting away, didn't say anything, until there were 3 customers waiting before they came to serve. So good service but all depends who is on duty that day.

Full lockdown with Covid and confined to bed and rang the pharmacy to deliver my inhalers as I was having trouble breathing and was refused.
