Shocking service. When I handed in prescription I was told 15 minutes. Waited 20 and when still weren’t done said I’d be back soon. Came back 45 minutes later to be told she still hadn’t started it, so after another 20 minutes waiting the lady brought me the prescription but told me 2 of the items wouldn’t be in until after 4pm. Surely should of been asked was this ok before they processed the rest of the prescription.

I went into the Pharmacy on Thursday after going to the doctors, they sent the script electronically. When I got into the Pharmacy they said they couldn't find my script, to come back Monday, I went into the chemist again today (Monday) and they still said they still hadn't received the script. When I rang the GP. She said they definitely sent it. This Chemist is an absolute shambles.

Sorry I even have to give one star, the service from this particular chemist is in definate need for improvement which is putting it lightly! In the 17 year I have had to deal with pharmacies, this is by far the worst, never get all the medications in one go,never get MAR sheet first time always have to go back, sat waiting one day for 20 minutes to pick up clients blister packs only to be told, staff be with you in moment, she is just on the sun beds!Only staff I can honestly say are excellent and always try to get things first time around are Pharmacists Graham and lady on shop floor called Cathy, they are keeping the place a float!

As I read other reviews about this chemist I feel I have made a good choice in moving my prescription away from them. On one occasion I went in, i was told to my face that my prescription was not available on the day, so I said "ok thanks" then walked out. As I got outside I realized I didn't have enough tablets to make it to their date. I walked right back to quickly explain my situation and ask could I take the prescription away with me. I couldn't see the member of staff anywhere, it was like I didn't speak to anyone twenty seconds ago? Another member of staff approached me so I tried to explain the situation, she wanted my details and dismissed my story. Quick as a flash I had my prescription and a blank look from the member of staff. I was asked "do you pay?" To which I replied yes. Then I paid and the staff member walked away. I didn't know what else to say so I left with my full prescription thinking, did that really just happen?

I find the service here very unhelpful several times I’ve arrived at 9am to collect my prescription only to be told “the pharmacist is running late” once it’s believable but three times now? This prevents me getting my prescription for several days as I work out of town and I am then late for work. When and how am I able to get my prescription as I also work Saturdays and they close early!!! I’ve always got to try and arrange family or friends to collect for me which is very inconvenient.

Absolute Joke, the Pharmacy manager Emily, stands there smirking, she thinks it is a joke, they lie constantly, zero customer service skills, the staff are far too young as a group to have any SENSE!

I watched Emily, recently give methadone to someone in need, over the counter in full view of four other people in the store, not only immoral, am pretty sure it is ILLEGAL!

I found it totally disgusting.

They simply do not care, the staff ignore you when you enter, you wait while, they simply turn their backs on you.

This pharmacy is toxic, they have a group psychosis believing the customers are a NUISANCE!

AWFUL.

The area manager really needs to sit and review performance, and also watch CCTV of the staff over the past few weeks.

Critical medications are not ordered in time, I would not trust them to supply my dog with worm tablets!

This use to be such a great pharmacy then they changed our pharmacist and got rid of all the staff replacing them with mindless drones. Where it use to be hello how are you doing, how's that new medication your on having any problems, there is now no consistency of care they just fill the prescriptions and fling you out of the door.

Called my G.P to enquire about prescription, was told it had been done & sent to Rowlands. When I enquired at Rowlands the lady said it hadn’t been sent through and to call the G.P. surgery.
Called the G.P surgery on the way back home and explained what happened. The receptionist re-iterated that it had been sent to Rowlands. Returned to Rowlands and explained. Another lady found it. I was feeling most unwell that day. Didn’t even get an apology.
