FT Taylor Pharmacy - Watford

Imagine my surprise when I got a call couple of weeks after starting new treatment just to ask how things were going. This is the level of service you can expect from this pharmacy. The staff is always happy to help and reassure. I have never seen this kind of patient/customers engagement from any other place. Highly recommended

They don’t let you to read what’s it’s writing on medicine…
I ask them to read what is says on.they said no you can only read it when she hold medicine in her hand..
They may think I will still the medicine £1.99

Went for my covid and flu jab today, the pharmacist was really understanding and helpful

Great staff, been absolutely incredible dealing with my many medicine requests. Always very knowledgeable about the medicines which helps a lot when you are using them for the first time. Extremely understanding when my challenging GP sends the wrong prescription.

Excellent Service from a Pharmacist who really knows what she is doing. Nothing is too much trouble and the advice is sound and knowledgeable. i have been using FT Taylor for nearly forty years and while the service has always been excellent the latest owner brings another star to the service. if they do not stock it they will order it for you.
I am so pleased they are my pharmacy, knowing they will do their utmost to get and fulfill my prescriptions, and recommend them without hesitation.
