Nash Pharmacy

Used this chemist a couple of times when and if i am in the area and so far i have always had a good experience.
Counter staff are always friendly and helpful.
It was a little busy few mornings but staff still managed to take time to explain products and pay attention to what i needed.
I have heard good things about their prescription services and pharmacist from family who live locally but never used myself.
Overall great service and would recommend.

Where do i start. I go inside and the staff member laughed at me as soon as she saw my face. Very loud laugh as i heard her go to the back and heard more people laughing. Its like a party in there, i can tell the owners are struggling to find staff, everytime i go there theres a apprentice. Nothing wrong but Atleast train your staff then putting them on the shop floor. Staff look like they're in a youth club, touching each other as if theres no customers. Go to the pharmacy near St pauls way school

Easy access for wheelchair and its not very big but been here for a while and I found d very helpful and handy for me to buy medicine abd other medical accessories. The advice from local pharmacy help a lot and save time and energy to go to gp where you may not get any appointment within a month and our dearest NHS Dr even do see us due to covid but unfortunately there is no more covid rules in UK.
The pharmacy located in the corner of burdett Road and commercial road beside the dental surgery also very close to the opticians.

I would like to emphasize my experience with Nash Chemist for the past several months. Since the pandemic and due to personal circumstance my visit to the chemist to receive prescription items has been and is unfortunately frequent.

I normally would never write a google review but because I keep experiencing the same issue pretty much every time when collecting new prescriptions I have no alternative but to summarize my frustration via this platform.

Whilst I do believe it is unfair to point out individual names I can safely say from my encounters that their incompetence maybe due to lack of staff training.

In simple terms my experience has been that they seem to misplace the prescriptions or claim they haven’t received it from the GP surgery. I’m absolutely exhausted continually trying to liaise between the chemist and GP surgery to locate the missing prescriptions; each time it has been apparent that the prescriptions have all along been in the chemist premises!

I very rarely like to publicly offer my review/feedback but today was another shamble of an experience hence this feedback.

If there was the option of 0 star rating then this would have been applied, regrettably the minimum I’m resorted to by default is, 1 star!!

SORT IT OUT PLEASE.

Just to be fair to the pharmacy, I had to re-visit the above review. The review had slipped my mind, but credit is given where its due. I can't guarantee whether the significant improvement over the previous year was due to staff training, but it is undeniably now more recommendable, so I have changed my star rating from 1 to 4!

Staff not friendly went in to pick up my partners medication were very abrupt and unprofessional.slow service unbelievable.never again please go to all saints instead.floor was dirty couldn't believe this is a chemist

Okay, I never ever leave any bad reviews but I just feel like I needed to after my conversation regarding my prescription with some boy over the phone He was speaking extremely fast like he wanted me to get off the phone. I couldn't finish my sentence off and kept talking over me. I felt very disrespected, I work with patients too and i could never ever speak to them like the way he did over the phone. Very rude.

I love this pharmacy! I’ve lived in east london for over 8 years and this is my local pharmacy. I find the staff VERY helpful and they know me well. They always give me what I need and ask after my family and kids. Whenever I have a prescription due I call them in advance to check if it’s ready and by the time I arrive they remember I’ve called in advance and get it for me. It’s always clean in the pharmacy and never too busy which I like. I’m leaving East london to move to Surrey and I really hope my new pharmacy is as good as Nash. Thank you and I’ll miss you!

This is a really nice and amazing team, with extra special care and support. Only one issue...
I did bring up the attention last week to cover the face to one lady who was at the shop floor but non of them covered the face correctly . Today I went in again, was really nice to see the helpful team again and then I seen the improvement for my feedback. All of them was wearing the mask! Only not included that lady who is I told to cover the face. She was showing me her card as a position would resolve the rolls for the Covid, or she has the Covid so she is safe but I believe in that the face cover not only for our self protection we still have to protect others.( I think it’s look unprofessional, as a NHS worker should take more responsibility, instead putting the ego first) . If everyone would carefully keeping rolls, our lockdown would be shorter.
