Elms Pharmacy

Very poor service....not only do they have very few attendants at the counter so long queues build up but they took payment for my prescriptions before telling me it wasn't in stock!!! They then gave me a delivery time which I came for and the medicine wasn't in stock!! I would rather goto a pharmacy like Boots where processes are in place and you can trust delivery times !!!

The staff at Elm Parmacy are alway very helpful, happy and poliite. Have been using then for well over a year and nothing is to small for them to help sort out.
Keep up the good work.

I have been using the pharmacy for several years and find them to be very helpful, friendly and efficient. Very surprised about the negative reviews as that has certainly not been my experience dealing with my repeat prescriptions for many years now.

Went there to get antibiotics and pain relief???they refused the script off my dentist,and said they cannot prescribe??? It was for my bad infection and terrible pain in my teeth after surgery!!!so I went Tesco they helped me better. They said rules and regulations??? What a load of bad practice!!!!do not go here!!

I have been using this pharmacy since I moved to the area 8 years ago and I would never change it. Since falling ill a few years ago I am in there weekly for my medication and I am always greeted nicely by the staff. They are all so helpful and work super fast. They are brilliant for advice on health matters and medications too. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant team - so helpful and friendly. They always try to help and if something is out of their control they advise me on what I can do (liaising with the GPs etc). Very quick and efficient.

Really annoyed with this place. Was given the wrong prescription went back to change it to be told if I want the right ones I have to pay again. I'm changing pharmacy's now. Horrible place
