Helpful staff

Extremely rude know it alls other times great people lovely and helpful can't handle talking to people rationally and calmly don't work there

We started getting our repeat prescriptions there during the pandemic and always been quick and reliable service. All staff friendly and helpful.

Called to ask if my prescription was ready, was spoken to rudely, given a very swift answer of no it's not and then they cut the call. I was given no chance to even ask when it's ready. I have been waiting 3 days now. I think their telephone customer service really needs some improvement. I'm not a piece of dirt, I'm a human being who needs to know when their medicine is ready.

Have always been helpful on our visits especially the pharmacy

hadnt got the product i wanted.
called the pharmacist over ,who advised me to ring 111 or see a doctor on a sat!
eventually got what i wanted at boots ,am now fine.
last time i step foot in asda!

When the stand in pharmacist who really couldn’t be bothered sells you something that is totally inappropriate take a drive to Cohen’s who can be bothered and have in stock what you need.

Lied to by pharmacy regarding refund policy, without going in to detail I feel it was done purposely to avoid refunding.... Discraceful service
