Fantastic friendly staff that go out if there way to help

I always feel welcome when I walk into the pharmacy. The service is very good and the staff are friendly.

Today i called to say i had something missing off my perscription from monday. Basically the lady i spoke to was making out that i had the thing. I explained that i had just opened the bag and it was missing. She was making out i was lying and i had it. Wrong i didnt. I found her very rude. I have always took my scrips there and wont be no more. Even when the doctor called them they were making out i had it. I hope when they do a stock count they find they have one extra and she feels very ashamed of herself. I understand if it was painkillers but it was cream. Please check what they hand over coz if theres something missing they will make out you are a liar. I know her name and will be making a complaint to her boss.

Excellent !! Prescriptions are always made up on time and ready and waiting for pick up from the pharmacy. ALL the staff are very helpful and pleasant. Thank you for the great service in these extremely difficult and challenging times with the Covid-19 pandemic.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received this morning. Went to collect a private prescription and was quoted £250 for 28 days of tablets, when I politely asked if they thought Lloyds may be cheaper the larger blonde girl snottily retorted “I don’t know because I don’t work for Lloyds” as though she wouldn’t have an understanding of whether Peak’s pricing was generally more or less expensive than Lloyds. Another lady chimed in with “they will probably only be 10 or 15 pounds cheaper” - as it happens Lloyds have dispensed me the needed medication for £72. This pharmacy really take the care out of healthcare. Avoid.
