Much valuable asset for our community.. staff is very helpful and the pharmacists are so approachable.. no matter how busy they are..

Had my COVID vaccination there quick efficient and super friendly

Friendly helpful outstanding. Having problems booking a COVID booster online. Spoke to a very friendly member of staff who immediately sorted the situation out. Received my vaccination the same day in a very friendly and efficient environment. Thank you.

Not impressed with the level of service with my prescriptions.
I'm given half the items I've ordered and not advised where the rest might be.
Assistants never seem to be able to track it down.
Alway told they don't have it and I have to phone the surgery, who to be fair have prescribed all items.
Just wondering why, as when you're ill you shouldn't have to chase your meds.

I am new to the area and have been taken aback by the efficiency and helpfulness of the pharmacist and the staff. Despite being always busy nothing is too much trouble. Thank you all.

Having booked online for my jab I attended on time and was asked what my booking number was. I said I didn't have one but showed him the screen shots of my booking confirmation with date time & venue. He insisted I would be seen. I asked if he'd have the decency to at least look at the list to see if my name was there.
This Olympic reader took about 2 seconds to glance at the page and turned me away. I get home to a msg I'd missed my appt. Fuming!!!
