Lovely well presented Pharmacy with great new store front. Amazing friendly and helpful staff. Jay the Pharmacist - top notch gent. Ems out back is always bubbly, helpful, always has a wonderful smile on her face (behind the mask now of course) and just fantastic. Mike out front is another top notch gent and always goes above and beyond. There's a new person but don't really know them. Only downside is they've had a temporary locum Pharmacist this week and last who is definitely not up to the store standard. Popped in a couple of times and one was laughing on his mobile at the staff while the other staff were running around doing 100 things. The one this week has changed my friends medication because he decided it wasn't suitable even though she's been on it years from the consultant and was rude when asked why. Otherwise great job 👍

The guys here are friendly, empathetic and knowledgeable. My favourite go-to pharmacy if any of my family aren’t feeling top of their game 🙌

Went today as I had a rubbish cough. Spoke to a really helpful Pharmacist who listened and gave me really good advice. I really appreciated him listening to me and helped me get the best and most suitable medication. I had never been there before but saw it when I was driving to another pharmacy and thought I would try it as no queue and easy to park. Really happy I found this place.

Very obliging and helpful pharmacist. Prescription always ready on time. All staff helpful and polite.

Went for a flu jab and was booked into a different pharmacy for later same day for my Covid booster. The lovely pharmacist said “we have loads of each - I’ll do them both right now and save you going to the other pharmacy”. Brilliant service and attitude. Six ⭐️ if I could!

Absolutely fantastic pharmacy!
Just moved over to these guys because Tesco pharmacy took over 2 weeks to fill a basic persciption - and even then it wasn't ready!
Woodbridge pharmacy is really a breath of fresh air. Store is immaculately clean and the staff professional, well dressed and helpful. Just really couldn't ask for more.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. When I had gestational diabetes it was shortly after it had changed hands. I made a fair few visits as my medications were changing. Despite it being stressful to ensure I had everything I needed to maintain my blood sugar they made it slightly less stressful.

They were lovely when I returned after is had my little one too. Even 2 years later they remember me.

Nothing seems too much trouble. Always polite. Excellent communication. I will continue to use them.
