Called up to find out if they had a certain product. They confirmed that they did. Then I go into the pharmacy not long after for them to say they don’t have the product. Very useless place.

Unprofessional attitude, questionable ethics by the weekend staff. As an NHS professional, I do not find this the service acceptable and the training adequate and will reflect this to the relevant bodies. There are plenty of other pharmacies in the vicinity. I only happened to visit this with a friend for her queries. Perhaps they have reasonable services when the responsible pharmacist is present on weekdays, but otherwise, this one off experience left me questioning the standards of the profession

Why can it charge so much more than others? Oh, there is no competition. Why there is no competition? Oh, it is a designated site from an embassy. Why it is a designated site? This we need to ask them.

I don't know why there are all these horrible reviews, honestly they were okay even though the pharmacy is small and there are just few chairs. The staff was friendly and they asked for my name several times so as not to make mistakes. Thank you :)

The pharmacy has recently changed hands and has dropped from a 5 star business to a mess. The staff are dismissive and the customers are generally very upset and a number of customers are moving over to Asda.

Unprofessional and uneducated, I just got off the call and I was the one who actually had to point out that my blood test results are abnormal while the lady was saying 'it looks normal'. Either employees needs more training or change of attitude.
One star is too much.

Last Wednesday the 17th I went to the pharmacy in Wembley Park, next to where I live, with a prescription from my doctor, to purchase some medicines I had to start taking that same day.
The lady that attended me, told me that they only had one of those medicines in store and that I could take that one with me and come back the following day, to pick up the rest of the medicines.
I agreed and asked her if I had to pay for all the medicines or only for the one I was taking. She told me that if I didn't pay for all the medicines I couldn't take that one with me. So I paid for all the medicines.
On Thursday and Friday evening my husband kept on going there and the medicines weren't there.
Today afternoon - Saturday- I phoned the pharmacy and the lady who answered told me that the medicines weren't there yet. That I should call next Monday to know if they had arrived.
So I told her that I wanted to be refunded of the money I paid for the medicines I didn't get.
She told me to wait and asked the lady that attended me on Wednesday, to talk to me.
This second lady told me that I couldn't have a refund because my prescription was from a private clinic. And that because of that she had the right to ask me for a tax of 100 £.
And also that all the medicines on the prescription were there at the pharmacy on Wednesday, and that I didn't take them all because I didn't want to.
I asked her why would I pay for all the medicines if I only wanted one, and told her that I was going to complain about all this situation.
After that, she told me that I would be refunded of the money I paid for the medicines that the pharmacy didn't have and I didn't get.
But around 8 pm, today, my husband went there to pick up the money and was told that they couldn't refund him today only Monday!! How frustrating 😤 is that?

The employees of this pharmacy are very unprofessional and disorganised. I have used this pharmacy for the last year and a half but the experience is one of the worst I've ever had from a store. I think I can forget the rudeness, but the problem is they will make you wait for a long time and come back for medication, and when you do come back they aren't able to dispense the medication or don't have enough. With regards to their 'telephone notification service', it doesn't work as I have given my phone number so many times, but never get alerted. When I bring this to their attention, they accused me of not leaving my phone number. Utterly frustrating! I have now changed to the pharmacy down the road and I have saved so much time and grief.
