Leyland Late Night Pharmacy

What a disgrace service from the male asian staff last night.
I arrived at 20:55pm due to our 20 days old baby being unsettled. The female staff was incredibly helpful, so much so, she went to ask the so called asian male pharmacist about mixing the medication with over the counter medication. He was in the toilet, so he gave some direction but was rude to the female staff, advising for her to look at the leaflet. He then came out and demanded that I leave and they are closed and that he has been there since 7 a.m. i was shocked and disgusted with his professionalism and even the female staff told him not to be rude. This will be the last time I will be visiting the Pharmacy. I cannot fault the female staff. By the time I left it was 3 minutes past 9. The pharmacist had very little professionalism and respect for his job, saying he started at 07.00am and finishes at 21.00pm. If he is not got up to the job, he should not be working at all regardless of what time he started or is finishing as well as whether there are working pressure. This should not be passed to customers as a form of bad attitude.

Never had such a dishevelled service from one pharmacy. I should never of changed from my own doctors on West paddock but hey ho I did so I've got to sick it up and see. Just in the process of changing again. (I honestly thought it was me until my parents started coming back with the same issues. Thought I was going mad)

Wow very good service on a busy Friday morning my doctor had sent in prescription through electronically, the Asian pharmacist was very kind and professional in locating my prescription and sending me on my way in no time at all had to wait about ten mins which is pretty quick

Found the pharmacy was open even on the bank holiday at short notice, on Mon 19 september which was the day of the Queen's funeral. Really useful because there was pretty much nobody else out there providing this service, respectfully they opening time was from after the funeral. Asset to Leyland

Absolutely amazed tbh. Ordered my prescription and within 2days a lovely gentleman was knocking on my door to deliver it. My old pharmacy you were waiting a week if not more just to collect it. Brilliant service. Thankyou LNP.

Excellent service, don’t know why people are rating it less than 5 stars never been to a better pharmacy in my life. As a 60 year old and a regular customer the employees are very kind and make sure that everything is fine. They even as about my day which is much appreciated after my wife passed.

What an excellent service from the male asian staff several nights ago.

I was in the pharmacy until closing time of 21:00pm. My mother had called up the pharmacy prior due to my sister's medication. The medication was all prepared and ready without fuss. The female staff was incredibly helpful.

The level of professionalism from the pharmacist was really good and by the time I left the pharmacy it was about 3 minutes past 9. The pharmacist had great professionalism and clearly takes great pride in his job. despite all the pressures of working in the NHS.

I wish other pharmacies I've visited were as reliable and competent as these guys are.

Friendly staff and service, the private prescriber really saved the day seeing as we couldn’t get an appointment from the doctors, Thankyou
