This is a really friendly, willing, helpful pharmacy. The turnover of staff is rare and so it is easy to make friendly relationships with them. Pharmacists helpful and very willing to,give advice. There is a consultation area for privacy. They stock a wide variety of items.

This is probably the friendliest place in the village. The staff are always welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. If they don't stock a particular item they will try and source it. The pharmacists are helpful and willing to offer advice. There is a small waiting area with seats. They provide a free home delivery service for prescriptions.

missed medication on prescription. Didn't bother to say anything when I collected it in the sealed bag yesterday. Opened it as I am just going on holiday (sunday)to find that it is missing! Amazingly bad. I wonder who has my medication now. Will teach me to rely on people to get it right. Will always check now. And it is the entire medication too, not just a different number! - and it is on the form so it was ordered.

My Mum's medication needs have changed drastically over the past year or so and Brett's Pharmacy have been brilliant adapting to those needs. All the delivery drivers who now drop her medication to her are so polite and respectful. Brilliant service, thank you!

Incompetent!
GP confirmed prescription was sent. We visited Bretts 2 hours later to collect the medication but we were told that the prescription had not arrive.
We went to Bretts the next day and received the prescription. When we queried about the time the prescription was received at Bretts, they confirmed that the prescription had in fact arrived the day before and 40 minutes before our first visit! Apparently, pharmacy had 'made a mistake'. The pharmacy was NOT busy.

Fortunately, the prescription was not for pain or other critical care or asthma for example!!!!!

UNFORTUNATELY, patients in Grove have little choice. So please INSIST that Bretts double check!

@Bretts: you are not a Candy store selling sweets! please invest in training your staff and remind they are part of the care system.

The instructions on my medication (Finasteride, by Milpharm), under warnings, say: Finasteride tablets can affect the results of a PSA test. talk to your doctor or PHARMACIST [!] before taking the Finasteride. I asked the question; she rebutted my information; we unpacked a box of Finasteride; I pointed out the caution; we argued at cross purposes and she eventually turned her back on me, in front of her staff and a shop full of customers, and walked off. This was no way to treat someone who had asked for advice as instructed on the medication. An appalling lack of social skills and a failure to recognise that many who ask for guidance from the professional are actually nervous and uncertain and are actually seeking advice!

Only use to drop of and collect prescription from. Useful for toiletries and over counter medicine. Advice is available if needed.
