I'm really grateful for the efficient friendly help of this pharmacy - including through the recent stresses of covid. Meds have been prepared promptly and accurately, and service has always been friendly and helpful. I found the walk-in flu jab clinic today really excellent. It was really helpful for me and my elderly mum, for whom I care, to be able to attend on fairly short notice. Thankyou.

Refused to deliver my 70 year old mums prescription when we were self isolating after the hospital diagnosed her with Covid 19!!!! I then had to make 4 different calls before finally being put through to the correct place. Absolutely not good enough. They deliver to my dads next door neighbour who is totally capable of collecting her own prescription!!!

I used to wonder why this chemist got bad reviews & now I know⚠️⛔ Both me & my Mam have heard the main pharmisist slagging us off & lying multiple times out the back! So two faced. Incredibly unprofessional & quite frankly shouldn't be working there. They never have my medication ready on time. Say one thing then contridict themselves. Medication that I need to begin taking on the day of collection & have withdrawals from right away as well as my mental health quickly decling. Lucky if they bother to do it by the very end of the day. The older lady is lovely and I can't fault her attitude and genrel kindness as well. But the chemist it's self is unreliable and doesn't care as they pass on messages from the incompitent member of staff. Avoid at all costs!!!🚫🚫🚫

Don't find this chemist very good at all.i have epilepsy & they always have to order my tablets in or borrow them from crook.even though they are given 3 to 4 working days to get them in.
