After over 40 minutes wait I was issued with the wrong prescription. Finally after firm explanation the correct prescription was issued. The unanswered phone rang throughout this time and was still ringing as I left. The staff were polite but hadl no sense of purpose or urgency. A very frustrating experience.

So where to start with thus shambles of a Pharmacy? Every time I order there's an excuse or service is awful but today takes the biscuit. I'm on heart tablets,3 different things to help my heart beat properly. I ordered 2 sorts 1 week ago online repeat prescription. I go on today and have to wait 20 minutes in a queue of 2 people including me only to be told they haven't been made up yet. There are 7 people working there today ! Queue another 10 min wait only to be told one of my tablets is out of stock! Then when I say I need them I get a shrug of the shoulders. I explain I NEED them again , another long wait to be told they'll try and get them in before 4.30pm but ring before I come to get them. They NEVER answer the phone so this'll be fun! Absolute shambles .

If you value your time ask your go to send your prescriptions anywhere but here. Even when there are no people waiting they still soMehow manage to take forever. They never seem to have enough meds too and ask you to come back twice.

For millennia humans have combined ingredients to form medicines to cure various ailments, leading all the way up to the modern Pharmacist we have today. Pharmacy is a position that requires a degree level of education and many years of practical "on the job" training to become the trusted professional people that they are. However what this training didn't teach them is that it might be a good idea to answer the phone occasionally rather than let it ring indefinitely, we have tried at least 20 times this afternoon!! Either answer the phone or pay someone to answer the phone!

Very poor pharmacy experience. Medicine never ready when I go to collect, even if you order early it still won’t be ready. Can’t find the scripts, can’t find what shelf it’s on, chaos.
Queues out the door and everyone disgruntled.
I think my plan is to take the pressure off the staff at this pharmacy (and myself) and try Ogles down the road.

Absolutely the worst chemist i have ever been to in my life. Customer service is non existent, you stand at the counter whilst they are all milling around ignoring you. When you do get served it takes an age to find your prescription, if it is even ready. You then wait an age to get it. They never answer the phone, they just ignore it, so you have to go in to get answers to anything. You often have to go back a second time because they don't have all your prescription. Even if you leave it two weeks between ordering your prescription and collecting it. it is still not made up. An absolute shower in every respect.

Hopeless, utterly hopeless. Painfully slow! It’s like watching a teenager do something they don’t want to. They staff shuffle around the place with no sense of urgency, which wouldn’t be so bad if they didn’t mess so much up. They ignore the phone, which just rings constantly in the background. Save yourself the trouble and go to boots!

Abysmal service. Staff are rude. The delays are inexcusable. Standing in a queue of 2 people whilst they talk about holidays and ignore the phone which has been ringing for 15 minutes. They have no concept of preparation and will take a considerable amount of time, upwards of 30 minutes, getting the simplest prescription request. An absolute shambles in every way. This should be closed down and taken over by a competent pharmacy.
