Speedy service, and the staff were nice and polite. Not a large amount of other stuff there to be honest, it’s quite small, and it does smell like every pharmacy ever. Great to pick up a prescription, but unless you’re local it’s not gonna compete with Boots.

I visited the pharmacy to pick up a prescription and had an unusual terrible experience with the lady (I believe she had a Scottish accent) behind the counter. She was abrupt, rude and patronising when I tried to ask her about a minor change that had happened to the way I collect my prescription. She started off rudely when she asked for my details but she slipped up her words so when I answered her exact question she said "no I meant..." but did so in a very patronising tone and her excuse was that she had never seen me before which I didn't understand why that related to anything. She did this in front of the lead Pharmacist and he even looked up when her tone changed. I was reluctant to ask her for more details pertaining to my prescription as I did not want to interact with her for fear of further rude treatment. I hope the staff take customer service and respectful treatment very seriously and that this was just a one off because if I see her behind the counter in the future I will try to avoid her at all costs. This has left a very sour taste in my mouth and I will leave this review where ever I can so that others can be prepared should they use this pharmacy.

I went here three times to collect my prescription.
The first time I had to wait as the manager was late so they could not let me in, and they did not have enough medicine in stock so only gave me half a pack. The second time it was lunch break, and the third time the pharmacy was closed ( Friday afternoon, which is supposed to be working hours). Hopefully the fourth time will be the charm😵‍💫

A huge thank you to the Pharmacist who made sure I got my medication yesterday, above and beyond. Very much appreciated. Always a good pharmacy with kind and friendly staff
