Tesco Pharmacy

Horrible customer service over the phone. Not the kind that I expect from Pharmacists, especially not at Tesco.

Vary good Services

One of the worst experience in my life: I was going to ask the pharmacist a private question, he said wait. I waited and waited and waited.
Do you know what he was doing?: FILLING THE SELVES (customer assistance's job.
I gave up and went to the Boots.

Would Highly NOT Recommend

Poor service, lack of ability to supply certain prescription medications as and when needed.

Also the ability to lose prescriptions and say that they have been collected by persons unknown!!!!!!!!

Massive shout out to say Thankyou to FARZANA HANIF at the pharmacy, so Proffesional kind and lovley ,sorted out all my medication yesterday, had it ready today ,FARZANA always has a smile and exelent at giving advice and generally caring about customers over the phone and face to face
Everyone at this Tescos works so hard and looks after everyone .

Very slow don't answer the phone most of the time annoying. the pharmacy man is a liar. they don't get your medication on time. Absolutely a waste of time don't bother they stressed me the hell out

Service is very slow. Seem to be all over the place and lost most of the time. The pharmacist is useless and doesn't know anything about medicines and their uses. Would avoid at all costs!
