Staff are very friendly and helpful, however there are time where medication isn't ordered on time due to some of them not listening.

Fine, but every time I go in there will be a very very long queue.

Awful service, I would put no stars but unfortunately that is not possible. I put in a prescription for epipens which i needed as they could save my life. I went in they said they hadn’t received it and dismissed me, i called the local drs and they had put it through so then i went back in and weirdly 20minutes after i had last spoke to them they had found it. Overall i was in that chemist for an hour, due to the queues being that long, i felt like they couldn’t be bothered to complete the prescription and we too lazy and tried to make me leave without a possible life saving item.

Much too small for the size of the village; lacking space to increase stocks of medication. On one occasion, I was told that they didn’t have my prescription, and were unable to get it. The first chemist I rang had it in stock. That was great, but it meant a trip into Basingstoke.

Staff are lovely and friendly but the queue was right outside the shop. I was 16 when i started at the back of the queue and grey haired entering retirement by the time i got my medication. This place is the most unefficient pharmacy i have ever been in.

Rude staff, wrong medication given on two occasions. When given correct medication as prescribed only half of the prescription given. Only a matter of time before someone is killed or seriously impaired.

Shoddy. Very slow. Open when they feel like it (which doesn't include Saturdays).

I like going here, staff are helpful and knowledgeable and the occasional line doesn't bother me in these times.
