I totally agree with everything said by the previous reviewer. unable to locate orders, medication never in stock, no organisation whatsoever, a complete shambles of a chemist. My advice is to avoid the place and go to either Boots or another chemist where they know what they are doing.

Lovely, friendly staff. Very helpful. Even when it's busy there isn't a huge wait for prescriptions and they're always clear and upfront if there is going to be a wait so you have a choice.

Staff are always pleasant and kind. They do their best to make sure my prescription is always there on the date it should it however the systems at the gp are horrendous and don’t always go through to the one in the chemist

Just so helpful, pleasant, efficient, very empathetic and attentive. I'd never change from this pharmacy. It's the very best in my opinion. :-)

Every pharmacist I've spoke to has been pleasant and helpful , but a certain pharmacy assistant is always very rude and unfriendly ☆edit ☆ I wrote this review months ago this is a update, the same grey haired lady working on the counter surprisingly still works there , I have just been today and her attitude is absolutely Abysmal , huffing and puffing rolling her eyes , why be in a public facing job with a rude Disposition ? Again the rest of the staff courteous and helpfull

i agree completely with the last review about the rude and miserable lady on the counter. i think she may be depressed or really hate her job. The pharmacy is however in bad need of an update and i would feel miserable if i worked there - horrible dismal place. worst pharmacy i have had to go to. In fact the entire health centre is in bad need of an update and the really bad reception area with the glass partitions is like waiting for the jungle outback shack window to open on i'm a celebrity and you give kiosk kev the wrong answer..

I understand the current climate however so difficult to get an appointment. I needed to make 3 today and managed one. I work full time and trying to commit to an appt 7 or 8 weeks away is impossible, unfortunately I'm not available 24/7
