Hawthorn Drive Pharmacy

A great little pharmacy, normally fairly busy but staff are usually very helpful and will try to answer questions the best they can. The pharmacy has a good range of products so can usually find what you are looking for and they will order something in for you if out of stock. Would recommend.

Very slow and not communicative about what's happening. Even have sat there waiting when they know they do not have item in stock.
Awful experience virtually every visit. Have changed pharmacy even though I have to travel further.

The waiting time has improved since I last went. I was only waiting for my repeat prescription for 2=4mins and the staff member has the time to explain why and what to look out for very child friendly environment also plenty of seats to have a sit down and they was willing to give me a glass of water if I wanted to just sit and rest can not fault them in any area clean bright and fast friendly service
I will definitely be getting my repeats there

Slowest service known to man, the customer before me had to wait for the pharmacist to finish their order, but rather than asking if she could help anyone else in the mean time, the the woman serving just stood out the back chatting to the pharmacist for 10mins whist a que built up in the shop.
Gave up and went elsewhere

Being PROMISED to be phoned by
female pharmacist regarding somthing unavailable. Then not getting a call. To your repeats prescriptions not being ordered. Generally the worst chemist in ipswich I would say

I have lived on chantry all my life but haven't been in Lloyd's for about 20 years...I know why now they are rude and unhelpful..i wouldn't even rate 1 star if i had my way ...never again ..i have heard before they are rude but 100% found out myself.i would recommend using the supermarkets or kew pharmacy down the rd

Unprofessional rude and doesn't even sell batteries for hearing aids I mean come on it's 2022 what pharmacy does not sell batteries for hearing aids not surprised that Lloyds Pharmacy let this chemist go there rude there of noxious to their customers they hang up on them I mean the list goes on of complaints that I could add to this and if only I could raid -5 stars I would but sadly I am stuck with only one star
