Great to use and a local pharmacy and independently owned.

When it works, it works. BUT about 25% of the time, they fail to deliver, not just once but several times.

My very elderly Father's meds were ordered a week ago, and were guaranteed to arrive yesterday (Thursday), or today. Well it's 7pm and we are left hoping they arrive tomorrow - a Saturday !!!!

Nothing arrived on Saturday. So 3 days late and the meds won't arrive Sunday. So left 5 days waiting. Hoping meds will last

Generally we have ok service from store except where our ( my Wife And I) dosset boxes are concerned. Initially it was agreed that these would be delivered. To date these has not happened and each month I have to go into the store to collect them. Regrettably each time they have been incomplete, which involves me waiting for the missing items. This Saturday - 11 Feb - when I checked the boxes at home after being assured that they were correct I found that 3 items were missing. On ringing the store I got no reply - Store closes half day Saturdays.
It seems to me that this particular branch is not adequately staffed at any time to ensure good service. Also closing on a Saturday afternoon is questionable regarding satisfactory customer service.

Very Rude blonde lady working here, I came to pick up my prescription from my dentist, she told me she is very busy and doesn’t have time to look for it. I have no words for this exceptional customer service awful and sad that people like this deal with prescription, clearly she is so unhappy with her job.
