great family chemist with excellent knowledge and caring staff

Went in at 11:50 on a Saturday for the morning after pill and it was like I had insulted their ancestors by asking. I’m 33, I don’t ask for it lightly and I’m not stupid, I don’t need to be talked to like I’m inconveniencing them and being repeatedly told ‘but we close at noon’ before being told to sit down and wait while they all stand around bug eyed staring at me and whispering to each other. Very poor service and indiscreet, i feel sorry for any young girl who would ask them for help on her own and afraid which thankfully I wasn’t. Should be ashamed.

So helpful today and sorted me out with some emergency meds to tie me over. Such a great chemist.

This chemist is the worse in Tamworth they are literally useless!
They don’t request Perscriptions when you call them and ask them too. Which results in me turning up to collect it , with them saying “oh it hasn’t been requested!!” Time and time again. Which then results in me without medication if it falls on a weekend or bank holiday. They are also all miserable! They don’t offer one smile! They treat you like your a hindrance. I am now ordering my medication directly online myself, this way I know it’s been done!
I will avoid this chemist at all cost, i certainly won’t miss their happy welcoming faces!!

The best Pharmacy I've ever been to! 😊
Me and my friend went to England for our holidays but shortly after that I got sick 🤒 I went to many Pharmacy's but they couldn't help me 🤧. After some time I found the Primary Care Pharmacy 😊 and there was this black haired, young Lady and she was soo nice to me. She knew exactly what she were doing and it was great to get treated by a well known employee 😇 after I took the medicine I felt good again.. Amazing!

Absolute disgrace of a pharmacy, go literally anywhere else.
They make you air out your exemptions when it comes to paying for prescriptions. So if you are exempt in anyway from paying for any prescriptions and would like to explain discreetly don’t bother going here because they’ll shout letting the entire lobby know, when asking you for your exemption belittling you in-front of everyone as you then have to tell them your private reasons for it.

That’s not all, they are little to no help over the phone, and with them being next to a GP practice you’d think they would be able to organise prescriptions from there quickly. Nope! They can take days if not weeks to organise your prescriptions.

Not one staff member smiles, jokes or seems like they even want to be helping the public. Unfortunately I will never use this pharmacy again. After witnessing what happened to me happen to someone else in-front of me.

Disgraceful!

Can t believe how slow this pharmacy is . They have plenty of staff in place but there seems no urgency in dealing with customers needs . Saw for myself how an elderly gentleman well into his seventies had been standing waiting for his prescription even though his medication was ready in one of there colourful baskets but did nt feel the need to give it him straight away and left him wait far longer than he needed to ...very poor service and has been since new ownership!
