Right next to my doctor's surgery so very handy.
Can get a little busy at times but not a problem for me. Usually served within 20 minutes or so.
Staff are always friendly and helpful..

Nice staff. Very helpful. And one of the only chemists I could get through to on the phone.

What an absolute joke this place is!! Customer service means NOTHING to the dimwits who are supposed to serve customers.
I feel compelled to write this review as I have just got home after making the mistake of taking my prescription to them to dispense.
They served one customer before rudely ignoring me and walking out of the shop!
The pharmacist in the back could clearly see me waiting patiently for fifteen minutes but NOT ONCE acknowledged me!!
I left without my medication as I was so upset and angry to be treated in this way. Who do they think they are??
Rude RUDE! Rude!!
They are an absolute disgrace!
If I were you reading this I would go to the bigger pharmacy just up London road next to The Spar.
Maybe if paydens had no customers they might improve their customer service!

Most appalling place you can ever go to get your medication. The staff are horrible they are rude and when you ask for names to make a complaint they refuse. I wrote a huge complaint to hopefully they can take further action. They are by far the rudest most appalling chemist ever!!!!! Avoid at all costs !!!!! They left my mum with no medication !!

What's happening to Paydens Pharmacy's. They used to be so helpful, and the staff friendly and helpful. But now they are rude, uninterested, and generally useless. Paydens Ramsgate is top of the list, followed closely by Paydens high street Dover. So, so disappointed.

Very rude staff 3 occasions I have been in to collect my wife's meds for her mental health every month they are late processing the prescription leaving my wife without her anti depressants when I explained that it was unacceptable I was asked to leave the pharmacy as abuse will not be tolerated I was not abusing them I was stating that they had let my wife down yet again

Absolutely awful service 5 members of staff plus the pharmacist and they still can't get it right!!!!!!
Had a call Tuesday 7th September to say they had my prescription come over from the doctors and that I still had one to collect from the 8th August
So my wife went to collect them today for me and she told them about the outstanding prescription from the 8th August a number of times while collecting
And surprise surprise they didn't give it to her only latest one so have now got to mess around going to collect it
Wouldn't mind but she told them 5 times while she was there about it!!!!!!!!!!!!
Is it really that hard to get it right?

Paydens as always is great - I order my prescription, Paydens makes it up & I collect the medication.
They kept NX going during all the lockdowns, are respectful with people collecting OST (which they should be, but that's not always the experience of my patients in all pharmacies) and they found a way to keep their customers both safe & medicated in these difficult days
