Was very disappointed in the service I recieved here today by a very rude pharmacist. Not the gentleman that is always in there he is a lovely man but a woman who was working .spoke most rudely to me ..I understand we are all under duress.but perhaps she should brush up on her customer skills ..

Closed @5.20pm but Should be closed at 6pm. They work as they want.

The team couldn't be more helpful. Always cheerful, great advice, nothing is too much trouble. On the few occasions an unusual medicine is not in stock it is ordered and ready for collection the following afternoon. At the moment they are keeping the customers and staff Covid safe. Excellent.

New staff at Herman pharmacy Hadrian way is very rude. staff and pharmacist very helpful and understanding before, I have changed my prescription to different pharmacy now.
