So today at 8:30 am I had to go and pick up my medication that the doctor prescribed me however I had to call the doctor whilst I was in the pharmacy so they could get the email up. Firstly , they told me I couldn’t call the doctor in there and that I had to leave and then come back , secondly, I went back and asked for the specific email address to give the doctor but they said they won’t give it to me and said that the doctor needs to call them instead and when the doctor did call them they didn’t answer the phone about 3-4 times even though I was stood outside and waiting whilst they knew the doctor was calling them , I had to call the doctor and beg for him to keep calling because I needed to get my medication and then when the precision was sent to them they made me wait outside whilst it was raining and everytime I went back into the pharmacy a specific lady with brown hair kept rolling her eyes at me and the tone on her voice when speaking to me was very rude so even thought when I got my medication they didn’t give me the full amount they were supposed to give me .

I won’t be ever going back to this pharmacy because of the experience I had happened today !

Been with Lalys for many years for my medication. The staff have always been extremely helpful.
My medicines are faxed direct to Lalys North End ,and ready every Friday without fail. Thankyou to all the Staff at Lalys North End branch.

Absolute waste of time being served here. Second time in store and they cannot do their job properly. Refused my prescription twice by saying it was not in store after being told by my doctor that it would be ready for collection. Would not recommend.

The most awful customer service, terrible, rude staff. Missed deliveries resulting in vulnerable clients not taking much needed meds for 48hrs, wrong meds in nomads, staff taking no responsibility for their mistakes that could have actually killed someone. I am appalled they are allowed to still trade. Complaints have been made to the relevant authorities.

the best chemist in north end,a breath of fresh air compared to chemist near pubs, they phone up and see if new drugs are okay with you,the staff are so good ,they do check everything and some people might object to this ,but they do a good job.my friend gordon oldroyd echos all of comments.thank you lalys.

I will be honest - I don't always have the smoothest experiences with getting my medication from any pharmacy I have ever been registered with, but I've accepted that is just how it is sometimes.

Laly's is an excellent pharmacy and were extremely helpful yesterday dealing with a rather serious issue of my insulin being sent to another pharmacy who nominated themselves to take my prescriptions without my consent. Ultimately, I have left them a horrendous review and had to report them to a pharmaceutical regulating company.

I wanted to give this Laly's the opposite for their help yesterday as they 100% deserve a shining review for how they assisted and handled the situation.

The staff were friendly, caring and genuinely frustrated at the absolutely appalling service of the other pharmacy that were hanging up on both of us and refusing to take responsibility for their mistakes.

I am actually moving soon and will be living ABOVE a pharmacy which is the ultimate convenience as a type 1 diabetic, but after yesterday I will be staying with Laly's on London Road as their service is brilliant. I don't mind the longer walk for high quality service. :) Thank you again for yesterday.

The worst unfriendly experience I have ever come across. They accused me of an error on the prescription which the doctor made, not me. They told me they would inform the authorities. Once they called the hospital and found out it was indeed an error from the hospital they did not apologise, could not look at me in the face and still refused to give me the medication. My mum had to go 2 days without medication after finding out she had terminal cancer. They really had no empathy, uncaring and were extremely unhelpful. The care just wasn't there when I needed it most. I will never ever visit this pharmacy again.

The customer service is incredible here, and so friendly.. I explained I have bad learning difficulties, and the young lady did everything for me for ordering a test to travel covid kit, and patiently helped me and calmed me down.. I was very stressed.. I returned the next day to do the kit and she helped me through every step... Please don't change a thing with your service... Wonderful 😊👍👍
