Zero star rating if I could, this is by far the worst pharmacy that I’ve ever visited! Prescriptions are never ready on time, the staff are so incredibly unhelpful ( in specific the older woman with glasses!) I’ve been spoken to in a horribly rude manner nearly every time I’ve visited this boots.

The staff here are extremely unhelpful and rude, they also take ages to get prescriptions ready in time. First of all there were so many staff yet only two trying to serve people. I am recovering from a surgery and it was a struggle walking round to the pharmacy in the first place anyway, to be told that I had to wait half an hour in an extremely rude way, already had issues with the GP today and this was the cherry on top. Please train your staff to be better at customer service. This really isn’t good enough, so many unhappy customers in the shop today.

The customer service is non existent. Went in store and the lady in front was being served then someone else walked in after me and got served before me even though I was at the front of the queue. I was not even acknowledged, there was 3 members of staff hiding away in the corner. I think the buzzer alerts the staff to go and hide away rather than serve people in need. Ended up going to Jays pharmacy next door, was greeted and served right away but the same over the counter product cost 50p more in Jays pharmacy. It’s shocking that these people even have a job when there are so many people in need of a job that actually have customer service skills. Boots definitely need to up their game and staff in customer service!

Easily the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. They have nothing organized and a snotty attitude for no reason. Whoever manages this boots should be sacked.

Really disappointing pharmacy.

I've been using boots on egham for many years for my regular prescriptions. I've tried to stick with them but today I was done with it. Over time I have seen the customer service level decrease and the time for prescriptions to be ready increase. Medication sent over a week prior by the drs is never ready and when you go to collect you then have to wait 30mins to 1hr for a prescription.

I have found the staff incredibly rude and unhelpful to customers. Boots really need to sort this out.

I have now moved my prescriptions to the other pharmacy in Egham who is much better.

The quenues are just ridiculous. People were lined up from inside to the outside. Staff are really slow not bothering to see the number of people waiting. It's a shame Jay the pharmacist is closes next door. The service is much better than Boots. Shame on Boots for not employing more staff.

Staff are always rude. The wait times are atrocious and there are always several staff hoovering not looking like they are doing much. A 2.5 hour wait for my 1 year old’s antibiotics. Really appalling service

Awful Customer Service Received Today.
Went for a prescription and was told 10minutes. 30minutes later I'm still in there being ignored.
Then when given my item they asked me how I paid. I informed the pharmacist but she didn't believe me. I then provided evidence but again the Pharmacist didn't want to believe me. Go somewhere else.
